The Conference publication in the proceedings requires that accepted papers be presented either orally (offline) or virtually (online).

Only papers that are ACCEPTED & PRESENTED will be submitted to Publisher, provided they meet  Publisher, scope and quality requirements.

The No-Show policy is strictly enforced: if a paper is accepted, at least one author or a representative MUST PRESENT the paper online at the conference or provide a recording of a full paper presentation.

No Show notices must be provided to the committee at least two weeks before the conference day.

Papers with No Show participants will not be submitted for the ICEATech proceedings or partner journals, and paid fees are non-refundable.

No Show papers will be archived by ICEATechbut will not be indexed or appear in any ICEATech publication.

ICEATech strives to balance a high-quality conference with fairness to authors and the audience; the No-Show policy will be enforced, and ICEATech reserves the right to preclude publication of papers by authors who do not present at the conference.
